Returns: We do not offer any returns, refunds or cancellations once the order is placed. If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write us within 24 hours of delivery at jilmilofficial@gmail.com. Please mention the SUBJECT as REPLACEMENT and mention your Order Number. Also please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase.

Exchange: If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pick up from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in a different size within 5-7 working days. Only for Indian orders.

Delivery: All the orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours of placing the order, you will be notified with the shipping details on email and or whatsapp. It can take upto 5 to 7 days for the order to reach you.

However, our pieces are handcrafted and can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal.
